1. Participants under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by a full fee paying adult.

2. Cotswolds Learning reserves the right to change the workshop venue should circumstances require this. Participants will be informed in good time.

3. Your workshop booking will only be secured once the deposit has been received. Full payment must be made no later than 90 days prior to the commencement date of the workshop.

4. Upon deposit and full payment, you will receive an email confirmation and receipt.

5. Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 90 days to provide a refund (deposit less 10% of the workshop fee to cover administration fees).  After this, if we cannot rebook, then no refund will be possible. We will make every effort to rebook the place wherever possible.

6. Our workshops require a minimum number of guests. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the workshop should the minimum number not be achieved.

7. In the unlikely event that Cotswolds Learning has to cancel a workshop, an alternative could be offered. If an alternative date is not offered, or if you are unable to attend on that alternative date, you will receive a full refund of any monies paid to Cotswold Learning. We are not responsible for any other costs relating to your time with us, e.g. your travel or accommodation.

8. By booking a workshop, your details may be used to contact you about future events and workshops with Cotswolds Learning. If you would like us to remove your details from our database, please let us know jennifer@cotswoldstextileworkshops.com
